Privacy note
The contact form
When you send us a question we receive your name, your email address, and the question itself. We also receive the company and systems fields if you filled them in. Our host records the country the request came from and the page you sent it from.
The message goes to one inbox at Eastridge Analytics. It is delivered by Resend, our email provider, who processes it on our behalf.
What we do with it
- We read it and reply to you.
- We may keep it in our records of sales conversations.
- We do not add you to a mailing list.
- We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards. After that we delete it.
Removing it
Write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your enquiry. We will do it and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing here follows you to another site.
Other pages we link to
Booking a demo opens Calendly, and some links open the Eastridge Analytics site. Those services have their own privacy terms, and this note does not cover them.
